A Pommery ház presztízs cuvée-je, a Cuvée Louise elsőként 1979-ben került forgalomba, az 1971-es évjárat felhasználásával.
Nevét Louise Pommery-ről kapta, arról a látóképeségű nőről, aki a 19. században átalakította a házat, és kulcsszerepet játszott a modern pezsgőipar formálásában. A Cuvée Louise a Pommery legkiválóbb Grand Cru dűlőiből származó Chardonnay és Pinot Noir szőlőfajták házasításával készül, kizárólag kivételes évjáratokban.
Ez a polírozott rézből készült, többpalackos, lábakon álló jégtál az 1980-as években készült professzionális éttermi felhasználásra. A „Cuvée Louise Pommery” felirat csak az egyik oldalán található meg.
Ez a megoldás szándékos volt: ha az étterem más pezsgőt szolgált fel ugyanebből a pezsgőhűtőből, egyszerűen el tudták fordítani a felirat nélküli oldalával a vendégek felé, így biztosítva a semleges megjelenést.

Vintage polished copper 7-bottle footed ice bowl for Cuvée Louis Pommery champagne from the 1980s
The prestige cuvée Cuvée Louise by Pommery was first released in 1979, using the 1971 vintage.
It was named after Louise Pommery, the visionary woman who transformed the house in the 19th century and played a pivotal role in shaping the modern Champagne industry. Cuvée Louise is crafted from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from Pommery’s finest Grand Cru vineyards, and is only produced in exceptional vintages.
This polished copper multi-bottle footed ice bowl was produced in the 1980s for professional restaurant use. The „Cuvée Louise Pommery” inscription appears on only one side.
This was intentionally designed so that if the restaurant served a different champagne in the same cooler, they could simply turn it around to show the blank side to guests, maintaining a neutral presentation.
It stands 24.5 cm tall (approximately 9.6 inches) and has a diameter of 38.5 cm (approximately 15.2 inches).
The piece is in outstanding vintage condition.
