M.O.D. stands for Metaux Ouvres et Decores, which originally manufactured furniture fittings in Meaux since 1926 but diversified its production into silver-plated bar and home accessories. It later acquired the ARGIT brand, which manufactures champagne bar equipment for nearly all champagne houses.
