A Bollinger Millésimé 2011 egy rendkívül karakteres, limitált 007 James Bond kiadású évjáratos champagne, amely egy különleges és kihívásokkal teli év terméséből született. The Bollinger Millésimé 2011 is a highly distinctive limited 007 James Bond edition vintage champagne, created from an exceptional and challenging year. The 2011 vintage inspired the cellar master to craft a cuvée that reflects both the house style and the unique conditions of the year.
For the first time in Bollinger’s history, a single vintage and a single vineyard area were used to create a dedicated champagne.
This cuvée is made entirely from 100% Pinot Noir, sourced from the prestigious Aÿ Grand Cru village – the same place where the Bollinger House was founded in 1829.
The Aÿ terroir delivers a powerful, structured, and complex Pinot Noir base, perfectly expressing the character of the 2011 vintage.
The 2011 growing season was continental and sunny:
- an extremely cold and dry winter
- followed by a warm, bright summer
- very little rainfall in August and September
- harvest delivered clean, uniform, high-quality fruit
As a result, the grapes showed freshness, tension, and precision, providing an excellent foundation for long ageing.
