A tálon található kis kiemelkedés szervírozáskor stabilizálja a pezsgőpalackot.
A Ruinart (kiejtése: [ʁɥinaːʁ]) a legrégebben alapított olyan pezsgőház, amely kizárólag pezsgőt készít 1729 óta.
A házat Nicolas Ruinart alapította a Champagne régióban, Reims városában. Jelenleg az LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA anyavállalat tulajdonában van.
Az „Art” a Ruinartban
A Ruinart művészetpártoló hagyománya 1895-re nyúlik vissza, amikor Andre Ruinart megbízta a híres cseh illusztrátort, Alphons Muchát, hogy tervezze meg Ruinart első plakát reklámját, amely Franciaország egyik első reklámja volt.
A birtok ezt a hagyományt folytatja azzal, hogy évente új művészt választanak ki, aki eredeti darabokat készít a Maison Ruinart számára, és stílusát beépítik a Blanc de Blancs limitált szériájának csomagolásába.
A művész kollaborátorok között volt India Mahdavi 2006-ban, Christian Biecher 2007-ben, Maarten Baas 2008-ban, Nacho Carbonell 2010-ben, Gideon Rubin 2011-ben, Herve Van Der Straeten 2012-ben, Piet Hein Eek 2013-ban, Georgia Russell 2014-ben, Hubert le Gall 2015-ben és Erwin Olaf 2016-ban.

Ruinart (pronounced: [ʁɥinaːʁ]) is the oldest established Champagne house, exclusively producing champagne since 1729.
Founded by Nicolas Ruinart in the Champagne region in the city of Reims, the house is today owned by the parent company LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA.
Putting the “Art” in Ruinart
Ruinart’s legacy as a patron of the arts can be traced back to 1895, when Andre Ruinart commissioned the famous Czech illustrator Alphons Mucha to design Ruinart’s first poster advertisement, which was also one of the first advertisements in France.
The estate continues this tradition by selecting a new artist each year to create original pieces for Maison Ruinart and incorporate their style into the packaging of a limited series of their Blanc de Blancs. Artist collaborators have included India Mahdavi in 2006, Christian Biecher in 2007, Maarten Baas in 2008, Nacho Carbonell in 2010, Gideon Rubin in 2011, Herve Van Der Straeten in 2012, Piet Hein Eek in 2013, Georgia Russell in 2014, Hubert le Gall in 2015 and Erwin Olaf in 2016.
